Question 1: Do you have a shop we can bring the door to?
No. We are a service-area business with no storefront. Every job happens at the property where the door hangs, which is the only place the springs can be matched to the actual weight of the door and the opener programmed to the actual opening.
Question 2: How much does garage door repair cost?
No price is published, because every job is quoted after the door has been seen. The written estimate covers the door described and does not change at the house. Question 3: How do I get an accurate answer about my specific door?
Send a photograph of the door, and if it moves strangely a short video of one full cycle. A photo tells us the door type, the spring system and the opener generation, and a video often names the fault before anyone visits. It is the fastest way to receive a clear answer about what is wrong and what it takes to fix, before anything is booked.
Question 4: Do you work on commercial doors?
Yes. Roll up doors, sectional commercial doors and shop front openers are part of the repair and installation services, and commercial jobs are booked like any other, by appointment at any hour. Tell us the door size and how the business runs when you call, because a delivery schedule changes when the work can happen.
